By accessing or using Rezumea ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Rezumea is an AI-powered resume building platform that helps users create professional, ATS-optimized resumes. Our Service includes:

  • AI-generated resume content
  • Professional formatting and templates
  • PDF download capabilities
  • Resume storage and management

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account using Google Sign-In
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be at least 16 years of age

4. Credit System and Payments

Credits

  • Credits are required to download generated resumes
  • 1 credit = 1 resume download
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy

Pricing

  • 1 Credit: $2.49 USD
  • 3 Credits: $4.99 USD (33% savings)
  • 10 Credits: $14.99 USD (40% savings)

Prices may change with notice. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service.

Generated Content

Resumes generated by our AI are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of your generated resumes.

Our Service

Rezumea, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Create fraudulent or misleading resumes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI technology
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users or our team
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

While our AI strives to create accurate, professional content:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
  • AI may occasionally produce errors or inaccuracies
  • Final resumes should reflect your actual qualifications
  • We are not responsible for employment outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the Service "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
