At Rezumea, we stand behind the quality of our AI-generated resumes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Refund Eligibility
You Are Eligible for a Refund If:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- The generated resume did not meet your reasonable expectations
- Technical issues prevented you from using the Service properly
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
Refunds May Not Be Available If:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- All purchased credits have been used to download resumes
- The refund request is fraudulent or abusive
- You have previously received refunds for similar reasons
How to Request a Refund
- Email Us: Send your request to support@rezumea.com
- Include Details: Your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund
- Wait for Response: We'll respond within 2 business days
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit Removal: Upon refund, associated credits will be removed from your account
Partial Refunds
If you've used some but not all credits from a pack:
- We may offer a partial refund for unused credits
- Partial refunds are calculated at the per-credit rate of your purchase
- A $0.50 processing fee may apply to partial refunds
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevented you from using the Service, please report them immediately. We'll either fix the issue or provide a full refund.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase, contact us immediately for a full refund of duplicate charges.
App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies:
